Sacrum & Coccyx

**Sacrum(천골)**은 척추의 연장으로 S1~S5가 융합되어 형성된 형태

• Sacral Promontory : 천골의 전방 돌출부로 Pelvic Inlet의 기준점
• Anterior & Posterior Sacral Foramina : 천추신경, 혈관의 통로로 사용됨
• Sacral Hiatus : 후면 하부의 열공으로 Caudal Anesthesia에 이용됨
• Ala : Ilium과 맞닿아 관절을 형성하는 부분

**Coccyx (미골)**은 C1~C4가 융합된 골반 하부의 뼈대

• Sacro-coccygeal Joint로 Sacrum과 연결되어 살짝 움직임
