종류

• Hyperplastic polyp

  • polyp의 75〜90%, gastric benign tumor의 1/3
  • 주로 2cm 미만의 여러 용종이 위 전반에 여러 개 발생
  • 악성으로 진행되지 않음

• Adenomatous polyp : polyp의 10〜25%(전암성 병변)

  • Hyperplastic polyp보다 큰 1개의 용종
  • 주로 Antrum에 분포

• Fundic gland polyp : 주로 2〜 5mm의 다발성 무경성 용종

치료

• 통증, 출혈, 폐색, 소화불량 등 증상이 있을 경우에만 치료

  → total endoscopic excision

• 내시경적 치료가 불가하거나 조직검사상 invasive malignancy가 발견된 경우, 2cm 이상의 Sessile polyp은 Gastrectomy 시행
